You must place your Initial Consultation order prior to your appointment being scheduled. A member from our team will reach out to you to schedule your first appointment after your application has been accepted and your deposit has been received in full.
Our Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason or no reason at all. If your application is rejected your Initial Consultation order will be refunded back to your original payment method.
A 48-hour notice is required for all appointment changes. Last minute appointment changes are not guaranteed. Your Initial Consultation order will be 100% forfeited if notice is not received before the 48-hour period begins.
If you choose to cancel your appointment at any point after your Initial Consultation order deposit has been received, 50% of your Initial Consultation order is non-refundable. The remaining 50% will be refunded back to your original payment method.
You agree to all of these terms prior to placing your Initial Consultation order.
